Just played this for the first time, incredibly satisfying and one of the Neo Geo's best fighters.
This game and Matrimelee feels like Power Instinct's answer to Garou or Third Strike.

You forgot Team Duplex Billy and Jimmy. They both have too.
+RBGasp It doesn't look like anything special.. It looks exactly the same as the "non special teams".. a few punches, kicks then a charging punch with no effects.. You would think that would be a team to put a Team Duplex on but it really doesn't have anything flashy to it. It looks like the default attacks of any "non special team".. I don't think it is one.
I never knew about this game, but I had some of its characters in my Mugen because they were badass !

He'd be cooler if they made him a sleek luchador and not some huge tub of lard with a mask. I guess they had their reasons for making him that way though.
