About the whole "Tony doesn't talk thing" I think when he's in interviews with the whole band or 3 of the members of PTV, it's very hard to have 3-4 people answering questions at once so Vic and Jaime kind of take over. I think for Tony and sometimes Mike it all depends on the interviewer, how many of the members are there, and the questions being asked.
