Great little video, cool presenter. Thanks for the information. Makes me want to move there right away. 😀 Do you do videos about evolving areas in Athens? Kind of Metaxourgeio or so.
Hi! Happy you liked it. Check out my first video where we do talk about interesting city centre locations like Metaxourgio. But great idea - I plan to start doing shorts where I can really drill down neighbourhood by neighbourhood. So stay tuned!
Sorry but something about the price is beyond my comprehension: 12,000 Euros per m2 whilst in Paris the average rate is between 10,000 and 11,000? Am I missing something here??? Thanks.
Hi - I know the prices along this particular stretch are extremely expensive, especially these luxury developments. Let me check with Vasiliki. Downtown parts of Athens are much cheaper. These coastal areas are feeling the uplift from Foster's new Ellinikon development up the coast.
Yes, indeed something missing. You are comparing the Average price of Paris with one of the Best areas in Athens and specifically a new construction. In other terms whereas this prices are considered the norm in Paris here this price is the Top tier of Athens
Do you think the housing market is going to crash ? Regular young people like myself cannot afford these ridiculous prices. This is a major social problem, not only in Athens but most capitals cities in the world.
I understand...the properties in this video are unobtainable for most people, not just young people. I personally bought a little place in a less glamorous neighbourhood and put a lot of love and hard work in to it to make it right for me. It's still a big investment and a lot of hard work and I recognise that I am lucky but I do think if property ownership is your goal it is possible. Thanks for your pertinent question and I'll try to reflect this better on this channel.
lol I love how they just charging any price cause there is plenty of idiots out there who will pay. One crisis later and all this goes out the window 😂😂😂😂
You are jumping a bit too much €7000 SQM well I am th bling of moving this summer to retire in Greece 🇬🇷 in the suburbans of Athens or Piraeus and I was reading that for about €339.000.00 I can get a Villa so is you have something in this range this will be my max to spend . I need to be about 10-15 minutes away of medical facilities or Hospitals etc thanks Sam
@@houseonthehilltv how can they help me when it says that you do not get medical insurance the one they used to give a few years ago the government one . The private insurance I can buy but it doesn’t cover any previous existing medical issues so I am stuck can’t go anywhere since I get through my USA government Medicare it’s a medical insurance covers me a 100%
Hi Sam . Sorry I misunderstood. I’m not sure Vasiliki or I can answer that question I’m afraid. We only know about buying and selling real estate in Greece. I suggest you ask Medicare who you can talk to . Good luck! I can understand your frustration
This property is like an office.
Great video. More islands please
More to come!

€7000 SQM is too expensive. The price is more than the value far away.
