Its either tallent or practice, just use a tracing paper and under the tracing paper a picture of a circle, then keep drawing over and over the circle until it's perfect, once you're done practicing try without the circle picture underneath and draw, if it's still an imperfect circle keep practicing, eventually you will get it perfect and I'd you're a legend you'll do it quickly, trust me it's easy :)

When you see the full clip you'll see that the photo was above another frame and later on you'll see it was now balancing on the said frame. It probably made a sound that's why she raised her shoulders, looked back and caught the photo in the perfect time (which tbh is super impressive as she was the only one who was aware of the sound, had quick reaction time, and fast reflexes)
