Jesus walks with you.... and many of us do, too. I've lost 3 people to suicide... one being my mother last fall. Faith is a gift from God, but hope can be lost... Jesus, I pray for Restored Hope! May this person experience new roots of dreams and desires that are from you! Amen! Just you wait, Friend.... more and more is coming!
I'm praying for you right now. Oh, Lord, please hear the suffering heart here. I've been struggling with suicidal thoughts as a christian! One thought that really helped me was that God has decided the number of days of my life... And because he has not decided that for me it was the end, I had to refuse those thoughts of taking my own life. While doing that, he slowly restored me from those thoughts! It'll probably seems to simple for some people, but for somebody who really has to break the cycles of dark thoughts, it is really effective... to make our brains believe the word of God instead of what our brain or Satan tells us.
