I'm really glad to see some modern KOF 13 footage now. Ever since I picked up the game on Switch, I haven't seen any modern gameplay of people playing GM. Hope I can pick up some good beginner tech as a newcomer
1:47:47 Yurikov doesn't do Ex Raijinken, he does the regular version which is why he didn't get a follow up. Ex Raijinken freezes the opponent in place and you can follow up with a combo, so in a way it works like it does in 14 and 15.

IDK if you know this, but the most played KOF in mexico is actually the arcade version of '02 (yup, not UM, the original '02) and KULA is the undisputed GOAT of KOF down here. Just let him get warmed up. Sidenote: you would get so many mexican entrants if you hosted arcade '02; just sayin' also the combos in that game are sick.
Anyone know if ps5 online is at least somewhat active? I could find a couple people on ps3 during the drought before Kof 14. But I don't think people have any incentive to play 13 anymore. I couldn't even find a single person on Kof 14 during 2017, and I'm not feeling KOF 15.

They put the option for static stages because it helps to stabilize online connections. Most people use the moving stages offline only
