    Never knew the drag & drop works. Most things aren''t that logical in Fusion so I guess I didn't even try this. Thanks for the tips!

    Excellent video! Would have sworn I tried that drag and drop method before and it had failed. I'm going to try it again now that I've seen you do it. Also thanks for the cheat sheet! I'm going to download that one also.

    Oh I've gone in the 'forgot new component' trap many times) A classic. Didn't knew one could move bodies and sketches in the broweser like that, great to know

    Hi Tyler, can you tell me why your cursor changes to a double headed arrow when moved over the browser or drop down boxes such as the sketch palette. I have been having the same problem
    for some time and have been unable to find a solution.

    I tried counting how often I missed rule #1, and it failed with "integer out of range" ...

    I never heard anyone before talk about right clicking to paste new. I could never figure where they where getting that option, Thanks!

    Hi Tyler, could you please tell me what causes the cursor to intermittently change to a double headed arrow when it is moved over the browser or a dropdown box such as the sketch palette. I have had this problem for some time & have not yet found a solution. I see it the condition exists in this video.

    Mr. Beck -- why does dragging bodies and sketches work in a new file, but not in any of my existing files?

    Paste New still only works at the top level, not within sub components, right? Beginner Bro would have asked :)

    Why should a new design start with a component rather than a sketch?

    • @TylerBeckofTECHESPRESSO
      @TylerBeckofTECHESPRESSO  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Only if you plan on making an assembly. Otherwise it can all be in the top level file.

      @@TylerBeckofTECHESPRESSO Let’s say you are doing an assembly. Is there any disadvantage in starting with a sketch?

      @@Marcus_Woodardit helps with organization, and being parametric modeling can flow a lot smoother otherwise you'll get longer load times. Sometimes you need to activate or deactivate certain components. If your first component is top level then when you activate it all sub components are active as well. When you create a new component from the start, your entire assembly is top level with all components selectable below that individually.
