You should look into getting Proton GE, its a group that does compatibility stuff as well and they are typically a little ahead of Valve so sometimes its worth trying a GE build to see if a game will work. You can have access to both Valves proton stuff and Proton GE. I have been typically keeping my games at 30FPS, looks fine mostly imo, if I am plugged into an outlet I'll go ahead and let it stay at 60FPS but that 30lock makes stuff run smoother and gives me a bit of battery life.
10:10 me personally I don't really care for playing at 60 fps if there is a game I really want to play and the only way I can play it is at 30 fps I'm fine with it as long as the game is playable I could care less about frame rates which is why I'm going to buy the 64 GB version but mainly cause it's the only one I can afford
Yeah I have the 64gb model its literally all you need it works just as great and you still can upgrade it down the road anyway,most games are locked 60 ive played but when battery is getting low i switch to 30fps and i get almost and 1hr 30mins extra play time and by then i then forgot im at 30fps anyway its awesome
@@SH1N1ZAKY I'm mainly getting a steam deck for emulated games so I should be fine with 64 GB you should try emulating games on the steam deck I heard the dolphin emulator works great
@@justinmoney6418 yeah of you watch my unboxing video with @Zsaber i let him borrow it for acouple days to put emulators on it he had metroid prime working on it it looked great im gonna do a video on it soon keep a look out!
