@@AQUAHOLIC Always nice to meet the real people behind all this great boats Nick. Next time could you please ask about if they captain it themselves (what license and when they got it) or have a captain/crew running it.
Thanks Simon for letting us see your boat. The flooring is amazing. Scotland sounds like something to look forward to. Caledonian Canal and the Islands. Let's hope that comes off.
Love these ‘meet the owner’ videos. Gives a whole new view to what these boats are really like. Would be amazing to see an owner take you out for a quick ride and show you what the boat is like at sea and all ‘it’s little quirks and features’ lol
absolutely stunning, there's nothing like when you see someone who loves something such as a boat, car, bike, etc and the love for it shows right away how well kept it is. everything that was upgraded, Simon seems to want to keep as close as possible to factory, and that I think is what shines here, upgraded, tastefully done, but still fitting, nothing sticks out with that visual of " don't belong " dream ride right there, congrats Simon, beautiful boat.
Fantastic video and what a gentleman Simon is, and the quality of the modifications is exemplary. I am a great fan of having the galley below it gives you so much more social space. Wonderful video Nick and thank you Simon for sharing your yacht to the world.
That is an absolute credit to you Simon , the work and cost shows how much you care for your boat. Thanks Nick for bringing this video to us all @AQUAHOLIC
That is just a stunning craft. Thanks for the tour Nick. Totally agree about everyday stress just oozing away when you get to your boat, think it's true for whatever type of boat you have. Floating is boating after all.
What an absolutely stunning boat - 60ft is often thought of as ‘small’ nowadays, especially when compared with the enormous 150ft+ yachts, but actually the size of this is perfect. Love the cabins and the galley is wonderful. Lovely boat. Thanks Nick!
In the UK and most places anything under 78 feet (technically 24m) is small as it can be owner-operated without special qualifications and licencing. Anything larger triggers the large yacht code and requires a fully qualified crew.
Lovely boat with clearly a LOT of money spent to update it. Love the woodwork from that era and with the modern trim it looks outstanding. Thanks for showing us it Nick and thank you to Simon for sharing!
I actually prefer the galley being in a seperate part to the living space. Kitchens do tend to create mess regardless of how tidy we all are. I bet this boat has had some amazing parties!
Watched this again today and I must say I love to watch older boats that have had loads of modifications, slightly more interesting than watching the new boat vid’s. 👍
Wow what a beautiful boat, I love what he’s done with it! I especially like the layout. The stairs going down to the kitchen aren’t too steep because they have plenty of space to run along side the big sitting area next to the helm. The kitchen is a great size and so are the 3 cabins each with their own heads. There’s nothing I would change about that layout I think they absolutely nailed it! Great video Nick! Thanks for the tour!
I live in Southampton as you know Nick. I'm laid up 99.9 % of the time as a Disabled British Army Veteran. I fell in love with Superyacht Walkthroughs about 2.5 yrs ago. I now have approx 3600 videos on my album. So I really enjoy re watching some of my favs. I'd love to have a tour of this vessel. If the owner doesn't mind putting up with me for an hour or two. I've got multiple operations on hold due to covid, but if able to I'd love to have a look around this amazing Sunseeker 60. I'm always surprised by the older vessels, cause sometimes they look better than newer ones. Sometimes even without upgrading. You can tell this is a labour of love, as the owner is so proud to share his vessel with the Aquaholic crew. If Nick says its a real beauty, or words to that effect. Then sir, you have done a truly magnificent job. I think it is an amazing revamp. The mix of old and new can make or break a project I feel. However it is not the case here. An outstanding job sir. Thankyou for giving Nick access to your pride and joy. She is a beautiful vessel for 2007, looks brand new sir. If you do the West Coast of Scotland? try and get to St Kilda. My bucket list is to visit her again. She's 48 nautical miles NW of Benbecula and North/South Uist Island chain, in the Outer Hebrides. If I win the lottery I'd like to visit if you do. A fool can dream. Such a beautiful example of a well loved Manhatten 60. Sir. :-)
I missed todays upload a couple of times with no caption on the image! Lovely boat, classic exterior lines and color. Simon keeps it immaculate. The flooring would fool me also. Great job. Nice of Simon to allow you take us on board. Thank you both.
I enjoy seeing all the boats you show us, Nick, but this one is extra special. If I was in the market for a boat, this is one I would seriously consider. It's spacious and attractive without being overwhelming.
Its a minter!! Props to Simon for upgrading this lush yacht and not running off to buy a new one. Very tastefully done and stabilizers to boot. Very nice. Cheers to all and happy sailing.
Absolutely stunning boat and obviously his pride and joy and why not. As you said in the vid, if you didn't know a bit about boats you would think it was a much newer boat than almost 14/15 years old. The new roof linings look superb and a quality finish done. It would be good to go back next year to see the finish when he gets the cabins redone. A really nice piece of kit.
Hi, Simon! Hi, Nick! Thanks for a fun look around an amazing boat. Nick has spent a lifetime showing all sorts of boats, but it is extra fun to meet actual owners so we can see how they make them their own. That's why I loved your video about your updates on SB2, Nick. You and Simon are great at showing us how you make your boat comfy and cozy. That galley is so shiny. Holy cow! Thank you for showing your boat, Simon. And, as always, a fantastic job, Nick!
The teak is fabulous and an inspiration for decoration. I do like the layout for this one a lot. This owner really has put his heart into this vessel. So glad he shared this with you Nick. And thank you as always for such a great presentation. I know we didn't get to go into the bits and pieces, the drawers, and equipment, but that is okay. I am putting all of my bucket list into owning a yacht one day. I really mean a real yacht. And if I can't have it, then so be it. I will still have your videos so I can live vicariously.
This is another high point for Aquaholic, I just love the Sunseekers of this vintage and this one has been really well cared for and upgraded. Love the tour and the chat with the owner as well, and would have loved this one to have been a little longer. So much of interest with the boat and the owner alike!
What a beautiful boat, so classy and beautifully refinished. The decking and internal floors look amazing, and the whole interior is classic and stylish. Great to see, thanks Nick
Thank you Nick and Simon, it's always nice to hear from owners, and what they do, hopefully one day soon you can look around my boat, that Porche one was nice , a bit overpriced , but very nice.
It very much reminded me, on the "Meet the owner Sunseeker 50" with Carron and Steve. The layout with the galley and the cabins and of course how well this boat is treated by it´s owner. He with family and friends will have a lot of superb time, enyoing it. As always, thanks for the tour (even if it wasn´t the full one) and to Simon, to share his privacy with us.
Pretty impressive boat, like you said, you wouldn’t know this isn’t a new boat, amazing condition. Classic sun seeker!!! Love these meet the owner tours, very interesting.
Another Classic Sunseeker kept in a beautiful condition by owner Simon. It reminds me of that other Classic Sunseeker, the 2006, 82 with a similar interior design and a striking dark blue hull, one of my favorite Motor Yachts on your channel. All the best n' take care.
Lovely boat, not usually a fan of downstairs galley, but this shows off what it can bring you, especially I guess for charter guests, as crew can be busy making food / drinks out of the way..
Good for him! That's a beautiful boat. Definitely something to be proud of. And like most of us... that's the way we'd need to do it. An older but still awesome boat. You did forget... horsepower, speed and range!!! Us "XY"s really love that stuff.
Thanks Nick and a big thank you to Simon for showing his boat, it is lovely.
Glad you enjoyed it

Appreciate these owners giving up their time so the rest of us can dream.
What a lovely man. So down to earth and lovely to see the passion he has for this boat.
What a stunning boat. Thank you Simon for allowing us onboard and thanks Nick for such a slick tour and interview.
Glad you enjoyed it!
That woodwork is smashing , lovely boat all boat builders should take note.
What a lovely man - thanks to him! Great insight into the mind of a serious boat owner. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
FINALLY- another Aquaholic upload! Love this series with meet the owners too!

Yeah! Was waiting the whole weekend... :))
You can tell he is reeaaaalllly proud of his boat (I would too)

I have a lot of respect for people that show you around and are honest about the boat.
Much appreciated.
I love the owner/operator tours! It’s so interesting. I also love this boat! Many thanks as always and have a great week!
Thank you! You too!
Lovely boat, not everyone is the same, he made you work for that tour almost like a job interview. Well done Nick

It's always cool to se people talking about their own boats and showing them off

One of the shorter videos but by far one of my favorite boats to go through. I love the set up and the separation of the “rooms”.
I know he said he'd like newer possibly, but this period of Sunseekers really is special. Fantastic boat!
A beautiful boat and I love the layout with the lower galley, thanks Simon for letting us look around, he was real down to earth

Nice to see a proud boat owner showing his pride & joy off thanks Simon and Nick Cheers.
13 degrees and fresh fresh fresh in Sydney . Looking forward to this .
I was out today mate - spectacular boating weather :)
Cracked 10° in Brisbane just now, but a calm day is a boating day in my books
Simply gorgeous - I love how that woodwork just never ages - perfect for a larger family
These meet the owners videos are my favorites Nick, please keep them up whenever you can! I especially enjoy these with the larger boats.
More to come!
After that last Nordhaven on Friday, I was thinking, we're due for another Meet the Owner segment. Well done!
