You are so good at taking excellent photos with your gear. Amazing photos, even in low light, with this super cheap lens and camera combination. After I got the X-A1, I bought the X-A20, because it has a screen that can be flipped all the way upwards and I find it useful for family selfies when travelling. It has also a 16 mega pixels sensor, but it must be a somewhat different sensor than the one in the X-A1, as the photos from the two cameras look different. I can’t say which one makes better photos because I am not an expert. Usually when I travel I take the xc15-45mm (following your previous advice) and a Viltrox 56mm for portraits, which works okeish with this camera. I find the AF a bit hit and miss with the Viltrox in low light with the X-A20.
Hi Alberto! Thank you, I appreciate it a lot. Sure the X-A20 is a very nice camera and will work really well with the 15-45 mm lens. The 15-45 is my other favorite travel lens. I find that even the XF 18-55mm a bit too large and heavy for backpacking. Kind regards!
I wonder if there's any camera manufacturing in Berlin. A tour...I had hoped to hear if you could see the improvements from V.1 of this lens. But maybe you no.longer have V.1
Hi! Great to hear from you. I'm not aware of any camera manufacturers in Berlin. I'd say that the v1 and v2 of the lens are incredibly similar. I cannot tell that one is better. I cannot use them side by side because I don't currently own a v1. Cheers!
