- I am so excited to share this journal with you! It's a huge junk journal tome, full of printable vintage flower wallpaper, lace and fabric, flips and tuck spots. I loved creating it and I hope you will like the flip through!
This journal is one of the last couple of custom orders that I am working on. I have to admit I was a bit intimidated by the size by sweet customer wanted for her book - she asked for 8,5 x 11 inches (and since I'm in Europe I made it into a4) cover, which has to be the biggest journal I ever made. I was worried I would not be able to come up with ideas for a journal this big, but honestly when I started working on it the ideas were just flowing through my head!
Thanks to this big book I actually got my journal mojo back which I lost for some time :) Thank you for this challenge Lucy, I hope you will like it!

I LOVE IT!! 🤗❤ All the pages are gorgeous! Is everything I wanted and more. I love that I can see the whole illustration on the pages and all the things you added are so perfect! The way you hinged the pages is genius! Using fabric and strong paper to make the signatures, amazing.
Since I first discovered your channel I knew you were the one that would make my beautiful journal. This is because I love all your creations. They are "up my alley" 😉 like you say all the time. I can't wait to start adding all of my memories in this family keepsake. The purpose for this book is to add all of my pictures and memories of my family and pass it down to my kids and grandkids and so forth. Our family deals with dementia and alzheimers disease so having a keepsake is important.

This is such a gorgeous journal. I am sure the lady receiving it is going to be soooo happy. I loved the idea of the 2 tags that you used the little rivets as a hinge and then tied them with a string. and then you can open it and tuck things inside. This is beautiful. I love all of the book pages, I love the flowers they are beautiful. I really love the size of it too, its perfect for using to record your family and family history. I'm currently trying to put together some photos of my parents family and this has given me some great ideas to consider, thank you.
I also just wanted to add that I love your accent, you have a very soothing voice. I also love hearing you pronouncing the Polish words for the flowers.

@@cindybarnard8273 try using the Epson matte presentation paper...it really makes a difference when printing! you'll be shocked at what your printer can actually do with a good quality paper
This is so beautiful! What a lot of work. I am actually working on one of a similar size. I think it will take me months to finish since I work on it off and on. I hope you don't mind if I use some of your ideas. Amazing journal!
Interesting concept.. I personally would prefer to use the larger size for ephemera holders rather than journaling. The large size is a bit daunting to fill and may be impractical in the end if the journal gets really heavy.

I have a question about how you have then attached the hinged pages. Did you just pierce holes through them and do a pamphlet stitch into the centre of the hinge itself?

This is absolutely fabulous!!! You did an amazing job creating it. I would not want to part with it. You must have used so much ink printing the wallpapers. Where did you find those gorgeous papers? Would you add a list of sources for the papers and wallpapers you used. Not the books. We’ve seen your favorites of books.
