just because he is confident in this smurf game
normally qiyana cant beat ire in same elo, better bring first strike stable farm
but if u are confident vs bruiser/tank champ enemy, u can bring conquer to stack your atk first and use skills patiently
u can see even beifeng rarely get full stacks conquer in this game, electric is enough for most cases
