Guy wants $200 for the year and you can't see the trails!!! So, he expects people to pay sight unseen and he wants the agreement notarized!!!. Said I could only try it out if I knew a member! wtf? Off exit 286 in Salado.
Dude... I could only wish my hood backed up to an area like that! In North Texas, but all the places around me have barb wire and with in a few years will be houses. Just a small area for a turn track and some obstiles for practice without loading up and driving a minimum 45 minutes to do it!
Bark busters wouldn't be a bad investment. Some pretty close calls with hitting your bars on them trees. But it looks like a fun place to ride. I wish I had something like this in my neighborhood to just rip on every once in a while.
Not hard to find, took 5sec. More than likely a U.S. Corp of Engineers run property (flood zone) off of Lake Lewisville. The moment there's an accident, it'll be shut down. I'd be putting up some directional and wrong way markers. Same sort of scenario with land zones bordering Lake Waco about 16 years ago, had a great trail going (with Corp of Eng.) until the local idiot hillbillies started accessing the place on their ATVs causing damage, accidents and a death (in the mud parking lot). The Waco trails on SW side were originally designated for dirt bikes. The Corp said no more and barricaded any access.

There are some in Sam Houston national forest, and one at a metropolitan park in Austin called Emma Long trail or something similar
