I also have this cook book and made the Kimchijeon / Kimchi pancake and it was so good-so good that it got my entire family (kids included) hooked on Korean food lol. I was looking for an in to get my family eating Korean food with me and this cookbook delivered lol!

I also love kimchi. But have you tried kimchi clowslaw together. I tell you kick the kimchi to whole another level. Its taste so good. I had at BonChon a BBQ korean chicken place. There chicken is pretty good too.

Yes, that kimchi is good, I get it at my local Walmart. Try it with tteokbokki and rice, and it is so 👍🏾
