Both Spain and Mexico are ones of my favorite countries; I learn Spanish, it is really beautiful language. Nice editing, and I love you very much!

Tatiana is too pop-ish for my liking, and somehow I have found myself thinking this about many Latin Spanish dubs, am I the only one? Kiara: she is my favourite princess, I have seen this movie TOO many times (like three times a day-too-many times), so Geraldine's voice is the only one for me in the world... Which is kinda sad if you ask me lol I also don't care about either of Mulan's voices, but in this case I don't have a favourite. Same with Giselle, they are both good but I haven't seen the film so I don't know. And I agree with Vaiana, even though my interest in Paula's voice is dropping like crazy lately. I still love her renditions just as I love María's. Either way I really like your comments about the versions and really agree with them even if I would have chosen differently in some characters. As someone commented my main problem with some LS versions are the translations, which sometimes don't feel natural at all. But I think their voices are in general pretty amazing, so congrats to Latin America, you are fair winners. Edit: shit, this was longer that intended. Sorry about that.

Some choices were kind of expected concidering your latest heroines rankings and from your language rankings. I don't have a clear opinion about Castilian and Latin Spanish dubbs because sometimes their performances are quite close to me. Anastasia, Miriam, Mulan, Jasmine and Belle (2017) were more obvious than obvious to me. Esmeralda, Nala and Tzipporah are more difficult to make a choice, Nala and Tzipporah have a short part and Esmeralda has a prayer-song so it's easy to shound boring I think. I agree with you on Thalia, although I admire her as a singer, she didn't manage to be conected with the character, but I like her on "Learn to Do It". I saw your upcoming battles and I was like "Oh, dear..." I love both Danish and Icelandic dubbs. I am quite based with Finnish and German dubbs. German is the second foreign language I speak so it's kind of "my dubbs", maybe it shounds silly.
At first I thought Castilian was going to win, but I’m glad my version won, even if I had some disagreements (like Cinderella, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Esmeralda, Anastasia, Mulan, Miriam and Anna) Thanks for your nice comments on Angela Aloy! I really love her in all her roles (well not that much in her Nala), also thanks for choosing Carmen as Elsa, is nice to see I’m not the only one who prefer her over Gisela :P
Great video , spanish is favourite language i love it soo much & escpecially castillian accent , too bad that castillian dubs didn't win but they did a great job with the Non disney princesses , castillian Miriam & Kayley were always the best for me Anyway , Gracias por el buen video :)
Wow, excellent video, and awesome your job of collecting everything. Only one comment in the case of the Cinderella dubbing is not originate, since there are two dubs that was released in the original and one that was made for the new dvds.
UmmiNoMajo hey I’m glad you liked the video! About Cinderella yeah I know about the two dubs, actually when there was different dubbings for one country, I just chose my favorite one :)
Charguigou thank you so much for doing this it makes it my day so much now this is my agrees and disagrees: Snow White: Disagree Cinderella: Agree Ariel: Agree Belle: Disagree Jasmine: Agree Thumbelina: Agree Nala: Agree Odette: Agree Pocahontas: Agree Esmeralda: Disagree Megara: Agree Anastasia: Agree Kayley: Agree Mulan: Agree Miriam: Agree Tzipporah: Agree Kiara: Agree Giselle: Agree Tiana: Disagree Rapunzel: This was hard! I love them both! But i prefer Danna sorry Carmen :( Anna: Agree Elsa: Agree Moana: HARD AGAIN! Sorry Maria :( Belle (2017): Agree Castilian Spanish: 7 Latin Spanish: 17
I love these battles, for some girls I preferred Castilian (Belle, Thumbelina, Pocahontas, Anya, Meg, Kayley, Miriam, Giselle and Rapunzel), but for the others I stay with Latin Spanish (the one I speak)
Beautiful video again :D I totally agree that the Non-Disney characters got amazing voices in Castilian. I pretty much agree with everything except only Ariel and Snow White maybe. Diana is probably my favorite of the Latin Spanish voices of Snow White too though!
Woooo! You definitely have a good ear girl! I might be biased because I'm Mexican but even when I compare our dubs to other countries I do think that we are good at it. Of course I don't think everyone gets and like the more old sounding one like our Ariel (which I really like) I think it takes time to get used to it but I really enjoy Isela's performance there. I do think there are some dubs where the Spanish did a way better job (such as Anastasia because I truly dislike Thalia. I don't know what they were thinking when they cast her). I do disagree with Pocahontas, I think Susana sounds so wise and mature and I love it so much, but then again I think there are some cultural differences involved in dubbing casting and preferences and that's why I get why ours sound older. By the way, I loved that you picked Danna Paola! I've been recently seeing a lot of comments saying that she was auto tuned which is completely crap if you take into consideration that she was the youngest actress to be cast as Elphaba around the world (she was only 16! and she was amazing!) I do recommend you look for those videos I truly enjoyed her performance. Well with that all being said, I love your videos! keep up the good work!
I largely prefer the Latin Spanish voices. I don't know why but Castilian Spanish always sounds fake to my ears. When I hear a spanish of Spain voice, I never get in contact with the character : I just can hear the singer and that's all. The only one that is perfect to me is Gema - Pocahontas
My choices: Snow White: Castilian Cinderella: Latin Spanish '50 (you used the '97 version) Ariel: Castilian (but not favourite) Belle: Castilian Jasmine: Latin Spanish Thumbelina: Castilian Nala: Latin Spanish Odette: Castilian Pocahontas: Castilian Esmeralda: Latin Spanish (but I appreciate the sincerity in Sol's performance) Megara: Castilian Anastasia: Castilian (2nd favourite Anya) Kayley: Castilian Mulan: Latin Spanish (Analy lost her magic she had as Jasmine) Miriam: Castilian (my favourite Miriam) Tziporah/Sephora: Castilian (I don't like the sound of Aranza) Kiara: Latin Spanish Giselle: Castilian ( I just don't like the twists Romina does) Tiana: Latin Spanish (that jazzy sound) Rapunzel: Latin Spanish (but just because she sounds a bit younger) Anna: Castilian (the great return of Carmen, I still don't like the twists of Romina) Elsa: Castilian (Carmen sounds very warm, warmer than what I expect for an Ice Queen) Moana/Vaiana: Latin Spanish Belle 2017: Castilian Castilian 15 Latin Spanish 9 Castilian wins for me
Hi dear, this has nothing to do with this video and I don't want to bother you, but you're the only person who came to my mind who can have what I need... Do you have kazach lyrics of the song "How far I'll go (Reprise)? I'll apreciate it so much :D
I love the way you comment and you didn't have any "favoritism" in the choices, thought I'm Castilian, I won't make a show because Latin Spanish won. When it's good it's good, and this joy is good! P.S You will forget abut the 16th Finals and all that? Because I imagine that it's difficult, 1. Make the editing, 2. Being COMPLETELY familiar with the voices, 3. Have time to do it. Love From Spain ❤️
I'm very glad you see it this way! Moreover, Latin Spanish winning here doesn't mean the Latin Spanish voices are better, it just means, for me, I prefer generally a bit more the Latin Spanish voices, that's all. Doesn't change the fact I love many Castilian voices too ! I will try to continue these videos, being familiar with the voices isn't the poblem, it's just it takes so much time and energy that I didn't have :/
@@charguigou I think you have a soft spot for Castilian voices and you don't even know xd Though, I must say, It would have been good the Hindi vs Thai because I know you love both dubbings
@@dasnet6846 lol I do have a soft spot for Castilian voices and I know it x) I legit thought Spain would won, but later casts from Mexico made the balance switch ^^
@@charguigou Yeah I think in general I prefer Castilian, but in this new type of princesess they have to give us something more than "cute" I know you aren't a massive fan of Gema anymore, but I still love her to the death Btw, now in 2021 you would change some of your choices?
@@dasnet6846 Good question; I think I might prefer Angela Aloy as Nala over Marianne now, like I used to; Fernanda Meade might win the round of Esmeralda over Sol now. But the rest I still stand by, so the result would be the same ^^ If there had been Jasmine 2019, Iduna, Fei Fei and Chang'e as I have planned, Latin Spanish would win Jasmine 2019 and Fei Fei, and for Iduna and Chang'e I don't know yet, I need to re-listen to their voices.
This is coming from a Castilian speaking guy, so it might be slightly biased, but my main problem with Latin Spanish Disney songs is usually not the voices, but the translations. I feel like most of the times the translations are pretty awkwardly phrased (If you read an English translation of the Spanish song you might not notice it, but if you read the Spanish song directy it's pretty noticeable). I feel like the few excepcions are Tale As Old As Time and I Am Moana.
En eso tienes razón, el hipérbaton algo común en algunas canciones y poemas, así que cuando queremos traducir ciertas partes y no quedan bien con el ritmo hacemos uso de ello.
Well, coming from a Latin American background, i can definetly agree that the phrasing may be off at times, but i personally think that that gives it more charm, not to say that the Castilian versions aren't, but i think that its something worth mentioning, again, if you think that it sounds off, that's fine, in the end, i think it all comes down to personal preference
My opinion Snow white : Castilian Cinderella : Latin Spanish Ariel: Castilian Belle : Castilian Jasmine : Latin Spanish Thumbelina : Castilian Nala : Latin Spanish Oddete: Castilian Pocahontas : Castilian Esmeralda : Both are meh, I choose both Megara : Castilian Anastasia : Castilian Kayley : Castilian Mulan : Latin Spanish Miriam : Castilian Tzipporah: Latin Spanish Kiara : Latin Spanish Giselle : Latin Spanish Tiana : Castilian Rapunzel : Latin Spanish Anna : Castilian Elsa: Castilian Vaiana /Moana : Latin Spanish Belle 2017: Latin Spanish Castilian : 14 points Latin Spanish : 11 points Castilian wins!
Hey, looks like my dub won, I desagree with Megara. I grown up with Tatiana but Celia it's so much better for me, she's singing with so much emotions and with voice-head and Tatiana it's singing with its normal voice. With Tiana I DON'T KNOW, the castilian it's a beautiful and exotic and young voice, the Latin Spanish it's more elegant and older and could fit better.

Hola, charguigou! Mi nombre es Tristan, I'm the Cebuano/Filipino 🇵🇭. I love the Spanish speaking countries and I'm the biggest fan of Disney Spanish dubbings, Latin American Spanish 🇲🇽 is should be the named as "Spanish", since it was dubbed in Latin America, in Latin American countries, the Spanish language is simply called español (Spanish), just like English 🇺🇸.
@@charguigou Yeah I know and I like it, for my feel on my own watch on Spanish rankings, In LATAM dubbing countries of Disney is supposed to be called "Spanish 🇦🇷 or Spanish (LATAM) or Latin American Spanish 🇲🇽". And in the Spain, always be called "Castilian Spanish 🇪🇸". In China (Putonghua) dubbing of Disney, In think it's should be the named called as "Chinese Mandarin 🇨🇳" instead of Mandarin Chinese.

@@flairvibes by the way you forgot to put Esmeralda, Miriam and Tzipporah

Gisela es mejor que Carmen
Great video , spanish is favourite language i love it soo much & escpecially castillian accent , too bad that castillian dubs didn't win but they did a great job with the Non disney princesses , castillian Miriam & Kayley were always the best for me
Anyway , Gracias por el buen video :)

Wow, excellent video, and awesome your job of collecting everything. Only one comment in the case of the Cinderella dubbing is not originate, since there are two dubs that was released in the original and one that was made for the new dvds.

Glad you liked it :)

Castilian is best

What does bis mean, also do you plan on continuing the series?
Hi dear, this has nothing to do with this video and I don't want to bother you, but you're the only person who came to my mind who can have what I need... Do you have kazach lyrics of the song "How far I'll go (Reprise)? I'll apreciate it so much :D
Unfortunately I don't :/ Kazakh S&T are very hard to come by ...
RapunzeLPrincesa784 Alpina sometimes sings in Kazakh. Maybe she could help you :) Or disneyportuguêsfrançais.
I will try to continue these videos, being familiar with the voices isn't the poblem, it's just it takes so much time and energy that I didn't have :/
@@charguigou I think you have a soft spot for Castilian voices and you don't even know xd
Though, I must say, It would have been good the Hindi vs Thai because I know you love both dubbings
@@dasnet6846 lol I do have a soft spot for Castilian voices and I know it x) I legit thought Spain would won, but later casts from Mexico made the balance switch ^^
@@charguigou Yeah I think in general I prefer Castilian, but in this new type of princesess they have to give us something more than "cute"
I know you aren't a massive fan of Gema anymore, but I still love her to the death
Btw, now in 2021 you would change some of your choices?

Hey,
Yeah but in Spanish they also call it simply español, so we use the two distinctive names to know what dubbings we’re talking about
