For anyone who wonders where the Sentinal steam waggons get the boiler water from at the top of the pass they carry a long fill pipe and tap into any one of the low flying rain clouds.
fantastic, thanks for sharing that! Great to see the horse drawn canal boat too, I've always wanted to see that and hadn't appreciated such boats were still in use anywhere.
Love it. Ime building a 2” scale Clayton lorry. Another undertype but none are left. Its so important to keep those running that are still able. What a test that was.
I remember running out of engine coolant in an old mini on the pass. Had to stop at the Blue Pool opposite the cafe and fill up everything that would hold water. Pool was filled in a few years ago now
Sounds just a hit like a Doodlebug. That's the first steam-powered pulse jet engine I've ever seen... Hope all's well and life is good for you and your bunch John.
Great to see those steam trucks out on the road. Got a laugh out of the tourist on the historic long boat taking pictures of the historic trucks.

Brilliant vlog John, they don’t make em like they used to do. Lovely to see them back out on the road in some wonderful scenery. Cheers and stay well.
Wonderful video content👌.....just about the perfect vehicles for Khan's ULEZ zones 🤣
