      This would probably be a good topic for a livestream!

    Hi Jason, Thank you for the very helpful vids. Im using a 6SL32440BB121FA0 CU240E-2 PN - Profinet with ST. The motor is running a loading screw and when the amps of the motor increases I need to program it to slow down and reverse it before then going forward again. What do you think the best telegram is to use for this?

    • @jasonwattsae
      @jasonwattsae  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I use 352 in all of my agricultural motors because it has the torque (current) data available in the base telegram. I set up torque limiting as an option and it might be useful for your project as well.
      Check out the livestream on Load sharing and building a winder because I detail out how to set up torque limiting.

      Thanks for catching this! I had to run out of my office as I was about to upload these, but I have updated the description with two links. One is the manual that was made by one of the best drive guys that works for Siemens here in the US that details out (most) of the telegrams. If you read that manual you will see it talks about other telegrams for specific applications. If those interest you shoot me a comment and I will try and get you on the right track. The second link is to a document that tells you which telegrams are compatible with what SINAMICS drives. I hope this help!

      @@B__AhmadNur_DMekatronika Sorry for taking so long to respond, but I wanted to go in and check to make sure that what you are asking is possible.
      If you have a free word in your telegram, or use a free telegram, you can choose freely what to connect it to. Unfortunately, not all values are available for BICO connection. The value you are needing (r89) is not available to send to the PLC this way.
      r72 is available, which is the output voltage being sent to the PWM controller. This will be the voltage that will be output on each phase
      r69[0,1,2] is the Phase Current, which could be sent in the telegram
      I will bring this up in my next livestream to show how I send this type of data.

    How to configuration and programming 2 axis sync ?

    • @jasonwattsae
      @jasonwattsae  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Help for setting up S120 Hardware:
      th-cam.com/video/LuAoVIfT4Cc/w-d-xo.html
      Help for setting up Technology Objects:
      th-cam.com/video/tINhCj2HfN4/w-d-xo.html
      You can set up the leading axis as a positioning axis as shown in my videos
      You will need to set up the following axis as a "Synchronous Axis" and under the "Leading Value Interconnections" make sure that your leading axis is added to the list.
      At that point you can use blocks MC_GearIn, MC_GearInPos, or other synchronous blocks. I would suggest adding the blocks to a network and clicking the block and pressing F1 to pull up the detailed help file.
      I have started recording videos for each individual MC block that I have experience with and the MC_GearIn and GearInPos will be featured in some of those videos.
      I have a couple livestreams where I talk a lot about MC blocks if one of the videos above doesn't get you going. Here is the longest one:

      Good luck!
