Lets hypothetically say i upload every single harry poter movie online but i speed up the movies by 1% and fully acknowlage that it dosent belong to me. That would be copyright infringement on a high level, this is the exact same thing. I do not know the source of the artwork used here so i cannot comment on the legality of him using it but i will mention that its extremely shitty that he didnt even mention the original in the description
RR_Gaming Posting a major film, speeding it up so slowly it isn’t noticeable, and claiming it’s your own is a LOT different than speeding up a song 25-50% and giving credit to the band in both the title and description. As for the picture, while I think he should have put the link to where he found it, many of these pictures are already up for download as wallpapers and some are just on google, so it’s possible he doesn’t know the actual source. On another video he did put the link in under the comment of someone who asked for it (the Shiroyama video I believe)
