Civil and political rights are fundamental pillars of human dignity and democracy. They ensure individuals can express themselves freely, participate in governance, and live without fear of discrimination or oppression. These rights, including freedom of speech, assembly, and the right to vote, are essential for holding governments accountable and fostering social progress. However, their protection often requires vigilance, as they can be eroded by authoritarian tendencies, surveillance abuses, or restrictive laws under the guise of security. Strengthening civil and political rights necessitates not only robust legal frameworks but also an active and informed citizenry ready to defend these freedoms for themselves and future generations.

Can political rights be deprived? Cuz in China, there is a penalty ‘剥夺政治权利终身’ which means ‘deprivation of political rights for eternity’. Can this penalty be legal? Can this penalty be right?
I am not an expert but my understanding of what he is talking about refers to several conventions and declarations that countries can choose to be signatures to. If a country chooses to sign a declaration they agree to abiding to it's terms (giving its citizens the rights) but in reality if they don't there isn't much repercussions other than public shamming. It is possible that China hasn't signed relevant declarations such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights or they are simply just breaking the agreement that they signed.
What about the right to create money with our signature in both covenants article 1 and what about choosing your home and the state pays for it. What about the state obliged to pay all your debts and all your monthly expenses. This video is waste of time and energy.

Civil and Political rights are worthy to be protected by States and the International community. They are the central concept of human dignity.

👍👍👍
no one "gives" you rights...you were born with them
That's absolutely right. Declaration of Independence is crystal clear about the same.
I almost fell asleep.
Pls be sure of you speak. Dont say "I GUESS", "MAY BE" etc. And your language is very boring. In a public domain, kindly put out things worth of it.
I dont like the quality of your voice
I don't like the quality of your grammar.
And what
👍👍👍
