    This is Great Mathew! I never knew anything about Persian rice. You should do a bread video too! I still talk about how you banged out a hologram in physics class when we were teenagers. David Lyon and I couldn’t keep up.

      Jill Van Horne thanks for the memory! I’m now working for a laser company! Well, the kind of tiny laser that moves information around on fiber optics (kinda important these days) and 3D facial recognition in iPhones.
