We first owned a 2002 DLS indica in golden colour. It was amazing car.. had great reliability.. we drove to nearest hill stations around 150-250 kms where no body thought a indica would reach...but it got total loss in an accident (2019) with a bull at right and collided with a Tree.. I escaped the incident without any major injury other than the seat belt mark that faded away after 2months... Again we started searching for a tata indica and after a research we bought used 2013model Indica cr4 ev2 LX. We were very impressed with the engine pickup...it's running fine since 2019..... Overall average in city tank to tank with AC is 16kmpl highway overall 20-21kmpl depending upon speed...it just doesn't let you down in every single time.. I am very well satisfied with the car according to the price.

Fiat cars in India had a different reputation ..thanks to Premier and their cars which were unchanged for decades . Palio being a good car it took a while for Indians to realise that .

I brought punch.ev empovered plus s on 29/2/24 , same day I tried dc fast charging outside it isn’t charging so next day they took my car to service and changed the charging socket and cable connecting it to battery and gave me on 7th evening,and again on 7/3/24 it didn’t fast charge ..now the car is again in service ..what can I do ?? Can I demand to replace my car ? Or can I get refund ..?? Tr was done on my name ?? Please suggest ..!

Tata indica is 5 star rated car? May be I think. that's still we are seeing on roads. how ever the engine was. Engine is made by Fiat 1.2 liter diesel which is same used in Ritz, Swift etc.

Thecatr is not " VINTAGE " beacuse it is not product before 1947. Even it is not comes under MODERN CLASSICS as well. But off-course it is an ENGINEERING MARVEL , invented by TATA.
When I traveled in train I saw this car matching the train in a parallel highway. Looked like an angry running Rat. Few years later we got a second hand Indica Diesel, good car till we had to sell it.

We had Indica v2 LSi 2002 model, main flaw was exhaust system of the car which was kept broken many times. We kept the car for 8 years.

43 000kms + 15 ,000kms done by previous owner in 10 yrs= 58,000kms not 57,000 kms mistaken , by the current owner.
