Nope, that’s it! You can expand on it by saying that you miss over less frequently, usually when you are early! I think 90% of fastballs are missed under. Also, logically we missed under with balls up in the zone, and over with pitches down. I cheated a bit against guys throwing really hard up in the zone, by swinging at a “fictional” ball right above the visual ball. It actually allowed me to get a piece, and sometimes squaring up the pitch.
You really had my interest peaked but you should of shown a demo on missing high & low like you did for early & late. Then the main thing......how does it get fixed???
Maybe there is a 5th! I think though in my head that might fall under the "early" miss. In a sense that maybe I couldn't reach because it was too far out in front at contact, letting the ball get deeper allows you to reach pitches farther outside the strike zone.

#5 - Miss off the end of bat. Can't reach it. Either from bad pitch selection or pulling off the ball.
