Hi Dr Tim For my own learning , how do you approach treating men who have strong pull from the lateral inferior aspect of the frontalis ? For example those who have horizontal wrinkle lines above the brow but within the danger zone where we wouldn’t normally inject ? Thanks In advance 🙏🏻

Hi my male client is bald and is due his top up Thursday but has noticed more creases (horns) as you stated high up in his hairline. How can I correct this ?
I'm bald and I had botox only once in my life and that happened to me also, when I went back into correct it the woman ended up freezing me up completely. Sorry I couldn't help but I hope you found the answer as its pretty annoying.
It’s not a common treatment for a male to want lift as it can create more of a feminine feel. However of course there are men that want this look and you would treat them using the typical eyebrow lift pattern. We have other videos on how this is achieved Kind regards Mary. I noticed this too. Confused. Used like 3-4 syringes. Maybe different dilution factor. Those are 1 ml insulin syringes right?

How many units do you normally inject the frontal is muscle with on a man? 4u?
Can be between 10 and 30 units. Depends on the size of the muscle. There isn’t a fixed dose.

Dear Tim. I see you USE a High dilution. Can you comment on why.
We use the standard dilution 50iu with 1.25 ml saline or 100iu with 2.5ml saline.
