Every human needs a work to life balance. From all of us being at home every minute for months now is making our brains and emotions go crazy because of the disturbance of balance. We all need to take breaks from our friends and family to just be ourselves. Don’t be afraid to talk to them about giving you alone time to just think and rebalance yourself. Good luck and have a good day

    Excellent!
This is different to what I thought it would be when I read the title.
But that's definitely not a bad thing.
It's a really good thing because what you say in the phrases is exactly what I need to remember and apply to the situation. You're focusing on the positive thoughts and emotions that we need to manifest rather than the negative ones that we maybe struggling with.
A lot of the anger and frustrations, anxiety I have is frequently directed towards myself, I'm unforgiving of myself too.
And I do not give myself enough of those things that you said. So it's good and important to remember to apply these positive emotions and thoughts towards others but to include ourselves too.
It is a Beautiful meditation and it made me feel better when I finished.
The music is just enough and calming enough and at the right volume. It's not overpowering or distracting from your voice.
I Love the blue visual. And of course your voice and your choice of words is perfect.
    A Big thank you. 😊 ❤️

I had to first admit and realize I'm too anxious and upset, dwelling on the negative. That was a big step.

While I was at school, my mom cleaned my room, which I am grateful for ,but she threw away lots of things that I use everyday and are not trash. When I realised I became really angry, I was crying and pressing my nails against my skin, this helped me calm down.
I still want to scream and punch but I am much calmer now, thank you.

Thank you...I watch this most nights now. I do watch other videos but this one helps I think. Voice and music is calming, in fact I've fallen asleep to it too (it's that calming haha). Time duration is perfect for me and I do like the 4 words to repeat and remember. Wanting to defeat anger issues and overall be calmer in situations.

I have always been a sensitive calm person. For awhile now though,i feel soo much anger building up in me. With every hateful, bigotry spewing person i come in contact with,i find myself shaking with anger. I sweat and my heart gets out of rhythm ..it is a terrible feeling. I need to work on not being triggered. I just want peace

I cannot tell you enough how awesome this was. I have run into one guided meditation after another with some sappy drippy 'delicate' voice in almost a pendulum fashion.
I was drawn to your meditation by the image in the preview (search).
I loved the background music. Your voice and meditation overall was extremely helpful.
I sought this meditation due to (sounds wishy washy!) but hormonal agitation, aggravation and impatience - a mounding problem.
I feel this meditation could be vital in helping me to reclaim some of my sanity! (And peace... I am.. going to do it again! and it is now in my 'shorts play list')
My greatest thanks and appreciation to you!! 🙏🏼🙈💕💕

This helped so much .. grateful but I’m still left with all the unresolved issues which are so complex I can’t begin to explain of what I’ve been through in my life & know my anger will bubble away until my next outpour because of the unresolved issues of my past
So I am in perpetual cycle of hurt that then turns to anger.. guess I will have to listen to this until all issues resolved. Knowing it works helps so Thank YOU 🙏 any tips on how to deal with people who have wronged you greatly appreciated👀

i’m feeling really stressed and angry because of how someone is treating something I really care about. I can’t do anything to change how they’re affected the situation but i know that i need to give myself all these things. I know Im frustrated because of how much i care about it.

Ever since I broke up with my ex everything my new boyfriend does upsets me… I don’t want to be with my ex but the new guy makes so many mistakes that affect us in various negative ways… I think I get so angry because it feels I’ve down graded but in actually my new bf is 10yrs younger than my ex… so I am wrong for even comparing them…. And it is better for me to date a man my age n grow together than for me to date an older man… starting to think I have father issues because my dad passed away before we could really become close so I’m very attracted to alpha males… I need to practice patience, kindness, compassion and clarity with the new guy because he is actually a good guy he just makes a lot of mistakes unlike my ex that always intentionally did me wrong… I’m done displacing my anger and being so aggressive with ppl who don’t deserve to be treated that way!
