Ingredients
SPONGE CAKE
70 grams flour
30 grams cornstarch
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
3 egg whites, at room temperature
1/8 tsp cream of tartar or 1/2 tsp lemon juice
35 grams sugar
3 egg yolks, at room temperature
35 grams sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
✨Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
✨line 20x30 cm sheet pan with baking parchment
✨Bake in preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Mascarpone Filling
250 grams mascarpone cheese
5 tbsp powdered sugar
200 grams double cream or cream 33%
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup boiling water
2 tbsp instant coffee
✨ The loaf mold size is 11 x 4 inches.
130 grams milk chocolate,
2tbsp hot cream
1 tbsp milk
