South Island Theme - Sonic OVA - Short Loop

- Hey everyone! I'm temporarily back to upload some more videos on TH-cam. The reason? Well, it's a bit of a long story...
I decided to make some custom loops of specific music pieces found in anime and OVAs. I'll also be doing some more extensions, and some music compilations, for some of my favorite video game tracks.
I decided to start doing this for a music playlist made up of anime and video game music, brought together by people I know on both Discord and Twitter, for a personal project I've had my hand in for a while now. My goal is to collect the different kinds of music that the people I've asked recommended to ultimately use as a reference for the future to display examples of preferences and tastes. I like to think of it more as a time-capsule of music.
Anyways, I wanted to start with something familiar. So, here is a shorter version of my extension of the South Island theme from the Sonic the Hedgehog OVA. I hope you have a great day!

I think this might actually be one of the most underrated jams in all of Sonic honestly. I don't think its a stretch to say that this song feels like what Sonic was always supposed to be. Probably the perfect music to montage overtop of the major events within a classic Sonic adventure. If Sonic made more of an open world action adventure game with floating islands in the sky, this should be the music they choose to represent it.

I've seen a few reconstructions and remixes. This definitely feels the most faithful.

Well Illuminor did manage to retrieve the original production demo of the OST, including some unused tracks, so you should definitely check them out.
This music is god-tier, no more to be said.
Man the cover art looks so badass, deadass want a shirt with both of those cover arts. Wish Sonic could always look and act badass man🔥😩 Plus this theme shows that to never give up and keep fighting ‘til the end against all odds🔥❗️🙌🏾

@@Ollie.H-23 the idea was that it's based on the 30 minute extension version I made, as it loops the same, but it it only loops a couple times instead.
