The 42nd CAA said the Parliament can Amendment Fundamental Rights to bring social and economical justice mentioned in DPSPs through Article 368. However, 44th CAA said that any law that violates FR is equivalent to violation of Doctrine of Basic Structure and shall be declared ad null and void .
