Have you done May testing with int Ouginark? Do you think he will be the best due to the air nerf?

I did test Ougi is really good if you play with a Pushback Char, but I don't think air got nerfed o.0

I find these pushback builds super cool. Are they also useful on PvM?

Pushback is mainly for PvP, in PvM normally the mobs have a lot of pushback res ,especially bosses.
