I think Jack should be on the list too. The developers changed his chances of appearing in a closet, now being 1/200 instead of 1/20. Though people seem to not notice this especially that jack also doesn't spawn when an entity is attacking, furthermore decresing his arrival chance.
he doesn't even appear in hiding spots in floor 2

As a game designer, that’s the way it should be. Nerfing his spawn chance was kind of unnecessary, but making him not spawn when an entity is attacking was 100% a good choice. Players should never die from something that isn’t their fault, unless in very specific situations like guessing minigames.

Another thing Void is the entity that is also kinda forgotten due to it not being seen by the player in solo runs and most players are fund to beat doors quickly especially Floor 2 since it will take a while to finish it...
Another Entity that I think is forgotten is Glitch, yes your probably thinking "Why Glitch?" Well ecountering Glitch is not that common anymore (unless you have bad wifi) and ever since Void replaced Glitch about falling behind your mates, Glitch wasnt talked much after that...
Last entity I want to talk about is Jack. Jack used to be so well known considering he used to have tons of fanart and stuff but when the Hotel + update drop Jack wasnt seen that much anymore. There where 2 types of Jack, the closet Jack and the red room jack. The closet Jack used to be more common than the red room Jack which made Jack popular at the time but onced the Hotel + update drop Closet Jack wasnt seen much by most players and I felt like closet Jack was removed for some reason but Im not sure if he was actually removed and considering that Red room Jack is more rare then it felt like Jack got forgotten...
Well, do I think I know why they replaced Jack It's because hide has a new form in doors floor 2

Imo doors should have more of those rare easter egg entities like shadow or jack to give the game more depth, and to keep that horror feel throughout the game
Id like to see more variants of entities, like rush and blitz, or giggle and screech

quick thing! seek itself is a whole entity, there are no ''minions' working for seek and seek itself is just a big blob of goop that can resize itself into any shape or form. so i don't think you can list the hands as a seperate entity.
I honestly can't tell if Hole is another part of seek or not

The seek hands, worm, and sludge shouldn’t even be on this list since they aren’t technically a separate entity and just a part of seek. And they most definitely aren’t forgotten. Seek him self is just black goop with eyes, meaning him in a human shaped body is just one of its forms. Which also means that the seek hands, dam seek, the eyes that appear on the walls before the seek chase, and the seek worm are ALL SEEK

They’ve never been addressed as guiding light or curious light by the devs. They were named by the community

And LSplash replied "true thanks guiding light i will fix that" and judging by the aforementioned context clues I think it's safe to say those are their canonical names as of now

i think everyone forgot about the glitch too now that he was remplace by void. i mean, he does still teleport u away as a fail save, but aside from that, i really dont hear much about it anymore
Seriously, although Glitch will bring you back to ur team when behind in backdoor or rooms, ppl rarely go there. So the only two floors where Glitch takes Void's role are the floors that ppl rarely play. Everybody is either busy using modifiers in the Hotel, or still struggling with the difficulty of the Mines.

Interestingly, it is the only member of the “main cast” of entities that didn’t return in floor 2. Every other one, even Shadow is still here.

i think most of the doors community forgot about depth, greed and silence. they are half canon, theres paintings of them in the game and greed appeared in april fools 2023. havent heard anyone mention any of those guys in ages. i think all the hoax entities just died off after floor 2 released and started dying after hotel +. theres still entrances floor 2 (rip entrances floor 1) and some other fanmade floor 2 games featuring them.

In my headcanon Seeks minions (exept hands) are entitis that got infected be Seek like screeches (thats why hole looks like sludge)
I think vacuum is like a wormhole that teleports you to another game or games similar to doors.

I think chances of getting Jack in a closet should be again 1/20 and he MAYBE should be able to attack while rush is coming. It would make him a bigger threat
No it would be annoying to die to rush or ambush at door 68 or something because of Jack

You shouldn't be able to lose a run to complete rng. I think Jack should go back to 1/20 chance, but it shouldn't spawn when other entities are at play. That way, Jack won't kill any runs, but it'll still get usage.
Maybe they could give the closet a slight audio cue to tell you if Jack is going to pop out of it the next time you try to hide there.
Hands, Sludge, and Worm are basically Seek's different forms, since the humanoid form is not the real form, cuz they were the seek's goo.

I agree with this list! Only thing I’d add would be void, as I rarely see anyone talk about them. Not glitch though, as they’re pretty popular it seems
I would 100% add depth, most people just go on with the game, not stay still in a room :/

light entities have confirmed names in the doors OST, there's curious light and guiding light, but the red light's name is not confirmed.
ya if its a modifier architect i can call it "modifier light" but its have a second name "mischiveous light" its fanmade name and everyone calling it like that but i dont know what is real name
The only time i got shadow was on the death screen in floor 2’s seek chase, seek opened up the door to shadow and was unphased lol
You can still see window, he is outside on the top floor window closest to the gate to enter the backdoor.

Apparently floor 2 did as well. I’m sure Window will return in the Castle though, since it likely has windows.
Also, I wonder if Giggles, Grumbles and Gloombats will return in the Castle.
