- Betle leaves also called as bulath or nagawalli is a popular thing in Sri Lanka. It is used for traditional events (eg new year), ayurweda purpose as well as for consumption ( eaten with areca nut ). Betle is cultivated in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Papua new guinea and Bangladesh.
