If you look closely, the plate is dinged near the top near the countersunk rivet. I always used snubber rings to help keep the set perpendicular and reduce rebound. Maybe the camera operator is bucking for him, but he needs to grip the bar more securely. Good information for beginners, though. 👍🏿
