Nobody can take away the property. If you leave a friend/relative in the house or to plant up the land, give them a letter, telling them you allow them to stay or cultivate the land. Get the JP sign it, give the person a copy. That way when you return they cannot take away the house/land. Ask the lawyer how to do it ion you cant do it on your own. If you do the document yourself, pay a lawyer who specialize in real estate to do a consultation to look over the document and tell you what is needed.

His wife met her boyfriend in England, and she decided to marry the boyfriend to get her status. She left her baby daughter without thinking about her and never looked back.My niece doesn't have a relationship with her mom. I thank God his mother sent for him and his 2 daughters to live in the USA. Her daughter is hurting because her mom abandoned her. Her grandmother helped my nephew to grow her.
