Yes, it can use either. I have yet to use the weaker duster gas, but as many people will attest to Marui guns seem to hold up well with the higher power gases.
I have a sig sauer SP2022 that is 4.5mm steel bb and it has a brass barrel. I am used to seeing a dull dark grey. I was suprised to see a yellowish almost gold colored barrel. My sp2022 is made by KWC. Its basically an airsoft gun that was just refitted with a 4.5mm/.177 barrel. Its non blowback.
Its not airsoft though but in case you don't know, if you like glocks check out the umarex SA177. Its a blowback and looks very very close to a glock, I would say the G17. Just Umarex didn't use the actual Glock license so its a bit different in a fe ways.
Tokyo Marui G26 Gen 3 looks realistic but still not 100% identical compared to the Stark Arms G19 generation 3, and for that reason, Tokyo Marui will be in second place. The Stark Arms G19 is identical all the way around, from the metal slide and barrel to the last marking on the handles including the Made in Austria Glock Inc. Smyrna, GA and the US Pat##### at the bottom of the handle. I own few other air-soft pistols including the realistic looking Umarex Beretta 92 A1, but the Tokyo Marui G26 & Stark Arms G19 became my two favorite ones👍😎
:( i miss all the GBB's i had at one point, but all the airsoft guns i have had, i got real versions of them now, so life is good. best airsoft glock hands down was the KSC glock 34
KSC G26/G26c come with a G19 mag when they should come with a G26 mag.. The barrel is steel, I have the same problem with the wobble barrel but it doesn't really effect it much.
Have you tried swapping the slides? My TM's Glock 26 slide broke for using green gas on it and I'm planning to replace it with a KSC metal slide. KSC Metal slides for G26 are hard to find nowadays but if it fits on the TM, it would be really great.

I sold the KSC a while back and the Marui is my favorite gun.

@almari69 No, the magazines are not interchangeable. The Marui gas sealing system and KSC system are different.

Great review...glock is a favorite of mine... I own (real) Glock 17 and airsoft HG 189 (Glock 23) both have a nice feel. Again review was great.

The reason the KSC barrel is sliver is its anodized brass
Due to Japanse law TM is always plastic, but the plastic they use is very high quality.

I own the Glock 22 and the Glock 18 C by Tokyo Murray yes I spelt that wrong at the end very reliable gun high-grade

I'm almost certain they are not swappable. But, I sold my KSC some time ago otherwise I would check for you.
I'd say the KSC, simply because it is metal. But, like I mention in the video it it metallic but a bit tinny.

You didn't mention that the KSC has a 20 round mag as opposed the the Marui's 15.
the hell are you smoking? fps doesnt increase with a higher gram bb. the fps of the KSC with .25 would be about 270.

If you want to know the fps with .20 it is 315 with .25 it is 450
