I think Lisa is one of the most intelligent people on TV and every time she presents anything she gives a very overall and constructive perspective. She has alot of integrity...a truly lovely person

I have to say I’m black. This popped up and I’m so glad. Connie Chung was my generation. All of us women in my neighborhood loved and applauded her work, we knew she had to claw and fight to get there. But for me, I thought it was more for being a woman. How naive. I know all about the black fight and didn’t think about the Asian fight. I’m ashamed. I’m up on it now. Lisa, in your 5 minutes of eloquence you laid it all out and I want to know more. Thank you.
I have always had such great respect for Lisa Ling as woman journalist. I never regarded her ethnic as a issue. Because of the pressure of being just a woman in the field is enough alone to protect Much love and respect Lisa❤

love that Lisa is bumping some Asians and showing her Asian pride. You don't normally see Asian in the media and if they are in the media they are usually pretty low key. Most often you also only hear about black rights, or the injustice that African Americans face, but I think we forget about all the other minorities. It's not just black people.

This is really inspiring. I've always admired Lisa Ling and to have an Asian American so successful in journalism in America is amazing because it's not a typical field Asian Americans go into. Really breaks the stereotypes and barriers Asian Americans face in this country. I wish I'm as articulate as Lisa. :)
I agree, Lisa is one of the greatest inspiration I have in my life. I heard about her every since I was living in San Diego. I believe every woman should set goals in life meaningful and proactive. She moves and doesn't and never stops!

To see her grow from Scratch and to this huge journalist is amazing. When Scratch debuted in Sacramento, I knew she was going to be a star and to see an asian girl at the time from Sac to be on tv was remarkable.

To me, the ending story illustrates how white people think. They will never see anybody who's not white as being separate from whatever their cultural background is. This is why I reject the whole notion of assimilation being an answer for us. As long as they're in control, I think that's impossible. Better to just beat them outright and enjoy it.

One of the best episodes of reporting I saw from her, was when she got her Medical Marijuana card (not saying that she actually uses MM, -I don't know). It's not a bad thing though if she does/did. She's pretty cool, and beautiful (but maybe too liberal though).

She really has beautiful eyes. Why would they not be ? G+d made them along with the rest of her fearfully and wonderfully.
The jealous ones will always spew hate which is an attempt to murder without blood but still the equivalent according to Yesus. But why should it steal your joy ? They just lost whatever blessing was coming to them and G+d is blesses you even more as a result to make them feel worse. Sad truth but that's how He does it. Stay away from negativity and jealousy bc He doesn't bless that @ all. It just makes it worse for the culprit !
