Greatest defenseman to ever live. 6’6 with the wingspan of an eagle and skating ability and hands of a top 3 forward, not to mention the beauty flow and lumberjack playoff beard. ⚡️
Great video. Always nice to see goals and tape passes but I liked that there were some clips with defence moves which seldom gets any credit. Well deserved Trophy
1984 Paul Coffey: 12 G 1993: Brian Leetch: 11 G 2020: Hedman 10 G Will a D-men ever score 10 goals in a playoff again? in todays hockey? Probably not Competition too high
"little argument"? You could make a pretty good case for Point...In fact, it was the closest Conn Smythe voting in years (ever?)... Taking nothing away from Hedman, who seems clearly the best Dman in the league right now, but without Point would the Bolts still win? Probably without either one of them, it's not a Cup.
Agreed, the Lightning were 0-2 without Point in the lineup this playoff, which proves his value. Small sample size, yes, but his impact both offensively and defensively was unquestioned when he was on the ice.
I think your argument is valid. Both men really deserved it. It’s clear not having Point does change the outcome of the games for them, could have been the same way with Hedman but we can’t prove it. I don’t think they could have won it without either player.
I am still very shocked he didn't go in 2014 to get himself a silver medal. 2010 wasn't much of a surprise since he was a rookie then but 2014 was shocking cause he was already an established veteran by then
Victor Hedman, what an hockey player. And this comment is coming for an finnish guy, swedish hockey guys know it
Nobody cares.
Exited for next season both Sweden and Finland got good players and great prospects.
As a swede, when our guys are respected by the Finnish it really means a lot

I love Hedman but as "lilltjafs" said. Lidström was on another level.
I agree but lidstrom had 7 Norris trophies 😳
**laughs in lidstrom**
Bobby Orr??
Thor with multiple strikes of lightning, favourite was that double OT winner vs Bruins. Awesome video
Puckin Around you do a fantastic job on these videos. Thank you for them.
Thanks, glad you like them!
The content you put together for videos is remarkable.
Thank you! :)

MY FAV
Let's Go, Hedman!

Would not surprise me if Makar could score 10
To me Hedman is the closest thing to a 2 way defenseman no doubt, there's not many defensemen like that maybe drew doughty..
Yeah , to play offence against Doughty or Hedman seems relly tough.
the name of the song is psytech - candy flip
Could Jim Hughson sound anymore more excited when Tampa scored?
Next Captain for the Bolts, he loves talking to the refs so it'd be perfect.

Well the bolts wouldn't habe gotten past the bruins without Hedman or the islanders

Today I got my first hockey Jersey. geuss who it was off? Viktor Hedman
What was his average time on ice?
He averaged 26:28 per game that postseason.
Jones and Hedman on the same pairing would be disgusting.
👀 👀 👀
Hedman and Karlsson at a WC or Olympics would be nasty.
@@ericp758 And then OEL, Ekholm, Lindholm, Dahlin etc. to fill out the rest with world class quality.
@@carpetclimber4027 Yeah and even Klingberg. Sweden probably got the best D-core.
@@ericp758 Shit, I forgot about Klingberg. Yeah, it's a crazy competition to make the team as a D-man in the Swedish national team.
I just hope he gets the chance to represent Sweden in the Olympics in 2026 after this international travesty.
