Thank you for your wonderful review! You convinced me to finally buy the original Seila doll ^_^ The reason I waited so long is because her black stock doesn't show up very well in user photos. But so many pullip fans say the original Seila is one of the all-time bests, I can't wait to see her in person!

Worry not, I do understand you. I bought White Witch a few months ago (was the first one that I got since 2012) and darn, her wig was a chaos too: her hair was falling out while I saw her, was embarrasing. I feel that every year are more expensive, but the quality is worst than old models xDDD
Oh so sad!! I’m in love with her face now but that wig is such a let down compared to her original release. I was between her and rose witch and I think I’m going with rose witch instead

Her face is pretty but the wig is horrible. I'm not a fan of thin wigs and then the fall out on top of that! If the wig was really thick like Romantic Alice Blue, it would'nt be a big deal, but when there is such a small amount of something, you can't afford to lose anything. The original Seila is MUCH better, not even in the same league. The original is one of the best pullip dolls ever made. Glad to see your reviews as always though....even when I don't like the doll, I still love your review because your reactions opinions are so genuine and sometimes funny. Btw....Happy New year!
Her stock is very different because Nocturne is wearing a nightdress. She's going to bed, like a gothic version of Nanachan. I really like her, but I'm really not into paying $170+ for a doll with a substandard wig!

… like you I have mixed feelings on this doll. I look so forward to this doll and she I have to admit was a bit of a let down.
Honestly I have to completely disagree with you on this one. I MUCH prefer the new selia to the old one. OK the wig might not be as good HOWEVER the new selias faceup is FARRR superior and prettier imo also her actual hair colour is so much cuter. I just think she's a much prettier doll overall, the face, the eye chips and just the aesthetic overall is so much prettier. She looks like a little ghostly dead child or something and it's just so cool where as the other one just looks goth ? Not really much to it. I uses to be a huge fan of the old selia but seeing it next to the new one there's no competition to me and I probably wouldn't even consider the old one
