I do the whine walk at work 😂... of course I don't whine out loud but walking away from my work table after an annoying email and just silently whine to my imaginary therapist calms me down
i did morning pages for years, but it started being more vent journal that anything else. now i keep a joy journal at night & have a separate vent note back --which a tear up the pages after i finish

You always amaze me with how many original new ideas you come up with. I fully clicked the notification expecting to hear the same things you hear over and over again. But i genuinely feel inspired and motivated to try some of these!! 🫶🏼
High key Morning Pages changed my life, like almost a 180. No joke. They helped me SO MUCH at the depths of my despair when I was stuck in my trauma and the insights i had just vomiting my brain onto the page and being curious instead of judgmental helped uncover some of the hardest shit tugging at my self concious. It's hard work, but if you are serious about improving yourself or your situation, pages are the first thing i recommend. The Artist's Way is also a solid read/listen, take it at the pace it describes, but yeah. While I personally love the method of writing (it's easier for me to review it later - DON'T REVIEW THEM if you're new to pages), the audio version is a sharp way to get the habit in when you are pressed for time. Yesss perfect! I found morning pages to be a vent sesh when I first tried it too - less so these days for whatever reason!

Talking therapy is something I BELIEVE in it , my problem is that I love talk to myself and my family think I’m crazy 😂
