Given the only way to go Pacifist through Chapter 1 is to warn the enemies Susie's going to kick their ass until she gets her shit together, it absolutely is.

Absolute perfection.
The amount of specific character sprites in chapter 2 compared to the previous one is impressive. You can really tell there's a whole team making this now, not just two people.
There is also some sprites for Ralsei in his dark version (with the hat) doing stuff like riding the roller coaster
It implies that at some point you where able to interact with the coat rack outside Ralsei's castle to change his sprite to the one where he has his hat, but it was probably cut due to the amount of work it would require
...there isn't though. At least not for what you've mentioned. Main characters are always done by Toby and Temmie. Additional sprites/artwork are usually for less important characters and they are few and far between if you add up the actual sprite count.

Oh yeah, it's crazy. Compared to chapter 1 you can really see it. Nearly every sentence in dialogue has a specific sprite showing the characters' expressions change.
Susie: a warranted red flag. Do not advise pets.
Ralsei: A ribbon for best in show. Pets can be applied liberally.

@The Coolest Sprout adding another poppup isn't accidental, in fact it is actually a way to spare them, if all 3 enemy slots are with enemies/poppups, if you "act>click" on poppup, it will begin to spam it's sprite on the screen then followed by "the poppups crashed", instantly sparing "ALL" poppups on the current battle
@The Coolest Sprout Noelle can click on an ad for “Hot Female Santas In Your Area”. And she doesn’t click it accidentally.
Also, all the characters have multiple different dialogues when clicking Poppups!

It's most definitely a bug. Their sprites don't get replaced, but because afterimage still gets placed it seems what they do for a second. I hope Toby will fix it in the next patch. It's a travesty most of us may not experience this wonderful poses.

Because Chapter 2 had a team working on it, perhaps it was not toby fox who came up with her design, but approved it.
She was one of the guest designs if I remember the credits correctly. She does stand out as having a weirdly horny design and gimmick.
