How to make a Leather Box. Leathercraft tooling and box construction.

Leather tooling a Sheridan Floral Design is always fun and so is making a leather box. In this video I am combining the best of both worlds by making a Sheridan Floral design Hexagon box out of leather. Wow, beautiful Sheridan box. You must have a ton of patience to do this kind of work. I hope it is meditative for you at least. To sit down for hours to tap that design out by hand is astonishing. It's a good thing the laser is used at least for the tracing, it would take so much time to try to get that perfect. Another piece of art! Well done!

Thank you very much! I do get lost in my work. The hard part is trying to find good camera angles and keep the camera from getting in the way of your normal stance when creating. It is much more meditative when I am not filming. Thank you for the kind words!
