I’ve just had a cleaner started with me and I’ve offered to pay her £15 per hour because she’s already charging £15 for her own clients. I’m charging my clients £18 per hour.

I first offered her £12 an hour but the average price for independent cleaners in my area is £15 so I decided to offer her £15
