So are we just supposed to be alone in life? It's a constant push-pull and I am single, alone and without children. At what point do we just choose a soulmate? Would choosing a "soulmate" be considered ignoring your twin flame?

Funny I just deleted mine out of my phone … I didn’t ignore the spiritual lessons … I’m preventing myself from trying to contact him .. especially if he avoiding it /me .. I’ve been doing spiritual work but it’s a long time. Spiritual work is a life long process … journey not a destination . I’m just trying to move on cause this obsessive energy feels intrusive and exhaustive . Especially if it’s not my “actual “ TF
