Exploring Beyblade in Dragon Ball? What are the Similarities?

- So, what if the characters from the popular ‘Beyblade Metal’ Saga crossed over to the DragonBall world? Also, what are the similarities between the two verses? In this video, I explore the links between Beyblade and DragonBall and draw what I think would happen if some of the characters like Gingka and Ryuga somehow found their way into Goku and friends’ Universe.

What's Crazy is how you made a lot of the comparisons to Super. Metal Fight Beyblade's 3rd Season Metal Fury predates Battle of gods by a year meaning they were musing similar topics in production. Talk about growing with the times. Both evolved to point where their cosmology was the only topic left to cover.
Thank you! You're totally right. It's interesting that both shows depict mythological deities that exist in a way to help the main characters reach new heights themselves. With Goku it was the concept of the Super Saiyan God, and for Gingka and the others, it was the new Star Fragment. Kinda makes you wonder whether Toriyama took some inspiration from Metal Fury?

Madara's meteor feat is something S2 Ryuga can do casually. With the exception of a certain character from Boruto, Ryuga could beat a lot of Naruto characters
The way Jinga Hagane explained Blader spirit and the connection between a Blader and their Beyblade sounds almost akin to a Soul Reaper's connection with a Zanpakūto.
For some reason i thought that the Ryuga really resembled Raoh From Fist of The North Star plus theres one Character called Ryuga in Fist of the north star but maybe this could just me

I think Beyblade is more similar to Saint Seiya than Dragon Ball
You should add in Bakugan because the same shit happens; but, instead of a metal blader, it’s a monster Brawler, called Bakugan Battle Brawler. Apparently the creature or Bakugan feeds off of emotions to. Though they do get more power when activating ability cards which, said ability cards can be created in rare instances via a brawler’s bond with said Bakugan or if another creature pours some of their ancient life essence power into another Bakugan making them stronger then before. It can change an existing ability card and upgrade them into a more powerful version or variant with a side effect with the original ability being more potent then before. As well as Gate cards which are like trap cards from Yugioh.
They use something called gees or GGS as their power level though it usually starts out as 3 digits and it never goes into the 4 digits until waaaaaay afterwards. Should be interesting for you to cover. Even the video games to.
Not gonna lie, I thought the fight's gonna be like Goku beating up a spinning top in an arena 😂😂😂.
And Gingka will be like "Go Pegasus, beat the sht out of him!"
Goku = Gingka
Kyoya = Piccolo
Ryuga = Vegeta
Kenta = Krillin
Madoka = Bulma
True, but I feel like Ryuga and Kyoya would be a Vegeta like character.
Yu-Gi-Oh and JJK has more similarities 😂
