It's likely, I think the first ones they would have changed would have been the basic "pick ups." I'll go back through when I get some time and look into them all

Well, to Mission 10, you need to let Professor Loopwell got killed 10 times, this means if want to get Gwen, can't get 3 stars on Mission 10.
Seems like the most counter intuitive condition, but makes sense, 10 deaths, level ten. Thanks for sharing!

Do these secret objectives give you anything for completing them besides gwen during the mission?
At the time of recording, they didn't. I believe they're currently only to act as an easter egg of sorts
