It's CHAOS backstage - everyone is rushing, it's a complete MESS 80% of the time, you're desperately trying not to fuck it all up in the limited time you're given to work, some "fans" are literally clinically insane and WILL stalk you and even threaten you, sometimes you have to deal with RUDE people (both colleagues and Idols), the working hours are CRAZY, the salary is FAR from satisfying, and so on. If you want to become a staff member JUST to be close to your faves, trust me, you're better off as a FAN. I'd suggest you follow your DREAMS and aspire to become something that actually makes YOU happy, instead.
