If it poppin off too hard turn the heat down until it's at a level you feel safe, and if the heat is too high the breading will cook WAY BEFORE the fish (and salt right after frying) In case anybody else wants to make some call of duty!!

Zack! If you really really want to invest in this series, I would buy a metal whisk and a stand mixer (it’s a little pricey but if you want the stuff done right, it’s the way to go) also make sure everything is dishwasher safe and won’t melt in there. Silicone should mostly always be hand washed and if you are mixing, for example, a wet ingredient into a lot of dry ingredients, a silicone whisk isn’t the trick. It will just bend and it won’t really mix anything. A stand mixer will get the job done, and do it right (if you do your part) but make sure you don’t turn it on high when you first start mixing!! Your dry ingredients will go EVERYWHEREE Edit: also if you are measuring flour, make sure to take spoonfuls and sorta sift it into the cup. This will assure you that your creations will not be too dry/four-y.
Thanks for the tips! I totally forget that my utentials can just die in the washer, but I'll look into better stuff to use. I just didn't want to go broke getting the supplies, on top of the ingredients.
