Corey. This is Classic New England railroading at its best, the train don't take away from the scene it adds to it. ALCO is living history that is useful. Catch them while you can
Wow beautiful scenery..love the train station in the opening segment. Tracks over the bridge don't look too level..engines and train rocking and rolling over that bridge. Nice video.
Nice video shooting! Noticed 2 engineers on that lashup, the S-2 does not MU. For quick video setups try using a Monopod instead of a Tripod. Works pretty good once you learn how to shoot with it.
Man - an Alco S2 AND a Leslie S3L? That's a hard to beat combination! I've been wanting to venture up to the Battenkill all the way from South Central Texas for a while now. Love me some Alcos!
Hey Corey; Loved the vintage architecture in the opening scene at Cambridge !! Just terrific ! Since I am not knowledgeable on the D & H I wonder if you could explain the significance of the radio wording on the cab side loco ID ? Thanks for this video. It was very cool . All in all - a brilliant chase. James.
Awesome video Corey, and am a BIG FAN of the ALCO LOCOMOTIVES where my favorite locomotives are the SWITCHERS! Have a question for you. Do you have any pics of the ALCO S2 that you could send me to add to my railroad room I'm creating? Only reason I ask is because I'm a disabled Delawarian due to a hereditary nerve disease. Im also doing an h.o.scale layout in the room as well. If you can I appreciate it and I'll have it framed to hang w the others that I've received from other TH-camrs.

Corey, these shots were stellar; especially that one in the tall grass threading itself between those buildings. ‘Looked like a model railroad!
That is a gorgeous RS-2 .... Thank You for sharing this!!!
Well done my friend. Thank you
Awesome video friend!!!
Beautiful loco, love the track-side architecture & scenery
Reminds me a great deal of the action that used to occur on my beloved, but now moribund E&N Railway on Vancouver Island.
Nice video Corey. Great to see some D&H power in action.

Hi Corey: Cool real train action • Cheers from the Detroit & Mackinac Railway 🚂
Nice catches! You should come see the Delaware Lackawanna. I’ve seen 9 Alcos on a train before lol

What was going on with the guy standing on 5012? It looks like he had a camera.
The tracks are DEPLORABLE, IS NYS doing anything about it?
Yeah they would... if they didn't 10 MILE PER HOUR SPEED RESTRICTION.
What loco is behind s2
Alco RS36
Is it a gp40 behind it
Alco RS36
Super-cool! The curved station shot at 6:30 or so literally made my eyes wet! Being an old long time GM&O fan…well yeah! Great shots…love 💕it!
