Any feedback is greatly appreciated so please do comment and don't hold back with the honesty! I know there is plenty of improvement to be made, week by week we will get there! Thanks.
@@JoshBAde Wood in for Jackson I like, just have to keep him for a long stretch to pick up the points as he might go quiet for a few games then you get your 9-12 points and the points per game looks great. Robinson might be handy to cover high ownership this week, but id probably prefer to keep Arsenal defenders long term if you can use someone off your bench this week instead, but I totally see the appeal of Robinson.
@FPLSelection I feel weird about arsenal because they haven't kept a clean sheet away from home since early September and with difficult matches ahead like spurs and villa I am not overly confident on them, Also Timber is suspended for this gw and my bench options are bench fodder who do not play
@@JoshBAde Fair enough, my view on Arsenal since last season is that they are the best defence so the clean sheets could come in any game, so by keeping them all season it will most likely get me a lot of clean sheets, rather than changing the defenders a lot during the season trying to get on good fixture runs. That idea itself is something i have been using a lot this season, being really patient with players from good teams, especially the arsenal defenders and talisman attackers. Getting on Salah, Saka and Palmer very early is probably why I am having a good season.
Thanks, if youve seen any of my videos in the last few weeks you will know Iv been wanting to get him back ever since I sold him for Gordon in GW15, just think hes a great set and forget option for the majority of the season, talisman, 90 mins, penalties etc. Really keen to hold most of my players for a long time this season as I think sometimes its too difficult to get the hauls correct swapping players around for good fixtures. Its often the games you least expect the hauls where they come. Obviously in this case its Southampton so sure it was a good chance he would get something, but Fernandes and Pedro are good examples of talisman getting hauls against big teams recently. That strategy is why im having a good season so far. Gordon is definitely a long term kind of player, he was getting a return almost every week last season but never too many big hauls. I avoided him for a while because of it, was one of the reasons I changed strategy for this year and tried to holdon to players for longer.
I agree I think Liverpool will win comfortably and Jota is always likely to get something even with less than 30 minutes, I dont think he will start. But for me long term Mbeumo is a much better pick, 90 minutes every week, talisman for Brentford, Penalties, he will score more points over a longer period of games and that is the strategy that has helped me have a good season so far. I can handle missing a Jota haul this weekend as in 5-10 weeks Mbeumo will have had more points I think. Wanted to get him back for many weeks now if you see my other videos and Southampton felt like a good fixture to bring him back.

I have a similar team to yours but I am taking a -4 to tactically downgrade by bringing in Robinson for Timber and Chris Wood for Nicolas Jackson

@FPLSelection very solid POV tbh, would give it a think
Great choice going with Mbeumo despite having City and Liverpool coming up. I went with Gordon which was fine but nothing to be exited about.

Why did you take out Jota before united, i feel like that game might end up 7-0 and even though Jota comes on as a sub he might get a goal or 2
