@@Ozvideo1959 yeah agreed I think wojac was just running to quick sometimes lol Mackie was amazing joel corey was I rekon the best and most consistent player of that era just didn't get much attention because of gaz and bartell
@@chrisadams240 Funny, I was just thinking recently how lucky Geelong were during that era. We had so many players we could rotate through the midfield. Bartel, Selwood, Gazza, Chapman, Kelly, Corey, Johnston, Stokes. Now, aside from Danger, we are a bit thin in genuine midfielders. Selwood is past his best, although still a good player, which really only leaves Guthrie. The rest of the midfielders, although still developing, are not at the elite level yet. I'd like to see them give Tom Stewart a run through the midfield in pre-season games, just to have a look.
@@Ozvideo1959 yeah I rekon tom would be a great defensive winger and just float around from the centre into the backline a bit like Nigel lappin used to do for Brisbane in there era. I still think Chris Scott was lucky to get that team and it made him I think
Duncan is the biggest sleeper in AFL in my opinion, Easily one of the best all rounders but is hardly spoken about

I'd agree. I think Duncan is probably as long a kick as anyone else in the team, and definitely the best spot up kick.

David Wojinski was a pretty decent kick too. And let's not forget Andrew Mackie was a great kick too.
