Grapeseed oil
Lawry’s Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Curry Powder ( this is optional, you can used Nutritional Yeast if you have it)
Coconut Aminos
Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Tofurky Plant based Sausage Chorizo
Minced Garlic
Spinach
Potatoes
Extra Firm Tofu
White onions
Portobello Mushrooms ( any type of Mushrooms will do)
Parsley & Spring Onions ( both optional)
This meal was so good. It will keep you full for most of the day. Add any other toppings that you like I was gonna add bell peppers but ran out also dairy free cheese would’ve been good too, but there’s always a next time.
