Pretty sure that Kokoro's first free time event is the hardest to trigger. It takes roughly twice as long as the others. Yuri possesses a skill that's particularly important for one of the minigames in the later class trials, so i recommend to acquire that one. Additionally, the twins provide a skill that makes it easier to obtain free time events, if you want to be effective.

I cannot respond here, because it will be a spoiler for others reading the comments, but I will mention your comment in what I believe would be part 8 when I start Chapter 4.
